We believe that getting into shape doesn't have to be boring!

You could go to a traditional gym and do 25 crunches or come to Adult Aerial and do 50 in a class and not notice! 

This 1 hour class of training trapeze, silks, hoop, and hammock, is where getting fit is FUN.

CIRCUS FAMILIES

4-WEEK SESSIONS

We believe that fun is a family affair and that leaning together bonds us with our kids like super glue. We are bringing the family back into Circus with our brand new 4-week class for Family Fun! This class is for families with students already at Spectacle Blue as well as ones who are brand new to us! The idea is that your entire family comes to the 1-hour class and learns and plays together! Students who are already registered get a chance to help teach parents and siblings the tricks of the trade in the circus world. There really is something for everyone in Circus. Don’t worry, We know that not every family member will want to hang upside down! We have tightwire, and juggling, and rolla bola. Join our 4-week Family Circus class and see how Circus can change your family! 

AERIAL YOGA & CIRCUS

6-WEEK SESSIONS

Do you love the idea of hanging upside down, stretching your body, building strength? We have the perfect class for you.

Our Aerial Yoga and Circus class is a hammock-based class that allows you to feel fully supported while getting the lengthening and strengthening that inversion provides. But wait, there is a twist! We have combined Yoga and Circus. Build your strength and flexibility in this 1-hour class and learn a little circus along the way. Training on apparatuses like the trapeze, silks, hoop, and hammock is where getting fit is FUN.

BUNGEE FITNESS

6-WEEK SESSIONS

Thanks to the harness and bungee, you'll get a low-impact workout that combines cardio and strength moves without a compromise in intensity.  Lunges, squats, push-ups have never been so exhilarating! 

Bungee fitness is a fun alternative to traditional workouts. You are wearing a harness attached to bungee cords that will provide assistance and resistance throughout the class as you bounce, lunge, push up, squat, and fly! 

 

The harness goes around your waist and legs to keep you secure and comfortable throughout the workout.
