DEVELOPING LEADERSHIP

Students 12-17 have the opportunity to join our Leadership Team.

Spectacle Blue Mandate

The Youth Leadership Program is more than just an assistant teacher program, it is a program designed to help to build stellar kids into stellar adults, we just use Circus as the vehicle for learning and practicing these leadership skills.  At Spectacle Blue we believe that leadership is about learning about ourselves as much as it is about helping others learn about themselves. Leaders are life long learners!

There is no fee to participate in the Youth C.I.R.C.U.S. Leadership Program, but there are commitments that we require be honoured by both participants and by parents…..it takes a village to raise these aspiring and inspiring youth into leaders and mentors in their community.

Becoming a part of the Leadership team means we have the opportunity to give back to our circus community, share our passion for circus and inspire those around us. We leave an everlasting impression on the lives of those we meet.
